About Us!
A few words about how we came to be!
The company was founded in April of 2004.
I have worked with in the IT Support Industry since 1986.
In March 1986 I was employed by Nokia Data in Dübendorf, and tasked with the repair of IBM terminals and relating PC hardware. I was introduced to Novell through this job.
I returned to Sweden in the fall of 1987 to work at Nokia Data Headquarters, in the role of international support. Here I made the first network with 3Com and Novell and later Lan Manager with OS / 2.
In June 1991, Nokia Data was sold to ICL. I worked at ICL Wallisellen (in Switzerland) until April 1996.
In May 1996 I joined Dettwiler St. Gallen and worked til December 1999 in support.
In January 2000, I founded the SHM GmbH with a colleague to provide support. In November 2003, we parted ways and I have been working independently from then on.
In April 2004, I founded the Svärd Informatik GmbH.
I am married since November 2004 and have a son called Sandro.
